Authors are responsible for ensuring that their submission complies with the formatting, content and submission requirements described on the Conference website.
IMPORTANT: A Word file (.doc or .docx), prepared according to the Conference Abstract Template, must be uploaded with each abstract submission. Submissions without the required Word file will be considered incomplete and will not be forwarded for scientific review.
Please ensure that a valid and regularly monitored email address is provided for the submitter/corresponding author.
All conference correspondence regarding the submission, including the submission confirmation, Abstract ID, review outcome, acceptance or rejection decision, and further instructions, will be sent by email.
Authors are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided is accurate and up to date.
The presenting author must be clearly indicated. You will receive an automatic confirmation email including your Abstract ID.
