4th G2Net Training School

COST Registration (mandatory)

Participation in the 4th G2Net Training School is only possible if you receive an invitation from the COST Action CA17137 (G2Net).

 

After acceptance of your registration to attend the 4th G2Net Training School by the SOC, there is one more step to be completed: you need to sign up on the e-COST website, locate the COST Action CA17137 (G2Net) and apply for membership in the working group WG1 (this is not necessary for participants who are already members of one of the working groups in CA17137).

 

Below are step-by-step instructions for joining WG1. 

1. On the e-COST registration page, complete your Personal Information.
2. In the next step, complete your scientific field and research area.
3. In the next step, choose a password.
4. In the next step, agree to abide by the COST Code of Conduct.
5. You will receive an email with an activation link. Please activate your account.
6. Log in with your account username and password.
7. Once logged in, choose "COST Actions" on the left side of the screen.
8. Complete your affiliation details.
9. The CA17137 managers will be notified of your registration to the training school and will enable the WG application. This may take several working days, so please check back.
10. Log in again and search for the action CA17137. 
11. Click on the "View" button to the right.
12. You should now be able to choose "WG Applications" on the left side of the screen.
13. Select WG 1. ML Applications for Gravitational Wave Astronomy.
14. Indicate your scientific background and a brief motivation.
15. Indicate "Participation in the 4th G2Net Training School" as your Working Group Contribution.
16.  Click "Save and Submit".

After a few working days, you will receive an official invitation by e-COST to participate in the 4th G2Net Training School.
