We can offer some hotel recommendations. May is relatively high season for Thessaloniki, so early booking is advised. The conference venues are close to downtown and along the Metro line.
In the heart of downtown:
- City Hotel Thessaloniki (4★, special rate 160€ (single) / 170€ (double) if booked before 1/1/2026
- The Excelsior (5★ boutique, 165€ (single) / 180€ (double), limited rooms
- Teight (4★)
Closer to AUTh:
- ABC hotel: conveniently located across the street from AUTh Ceremony Hall
Additionally, there are many short-term apartments and hotels between the Port and AUTh main campus, roughly along the Metro line. All locations are convenient for reaching the conference venues.
