Information regarding Proceedings of the 39th International Conference on Recent Developments in High Energy Physics and Cosmology 15-18 June 2022
- All speakers are eligible to contribute to the Proceedings.
- The Proceedings are voluntary.
Proceedings of the conference will be published online and will be handled through IOP Science, Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS).
By submitting a paper for publication in the Journal, an author is assumed to accept all of the terms of the Proceedings Publication Licence.
Authors should submit their papers to the conference organiser via the proceedings management platform here. A peer-review process will follow.
The deadline for paper submission is 17 July 2022. Such a strict deadline is motivated by the issues connected with the fast publication. Papers cannot be submitted after the deadline. Earlier submission is highly welcomed!
The authors will receive by 10 September 2022 the acceptance notification or any reviewer comments for minor or major revision. The deadline for the final version submission is 30 September 2022.
By that date, the payment for the publication should be made following the guidelines shown in the "Payment" menu item on the conference page https://indico.physics.auth.gr/event/10/.

The proceedings will be published in 2022.
The submitted papers must meet the following conditions:
- Language: English.
- File format: PDF.
- Page format: A4.
- Length: up to 10 pages maximum.
The format of the paper should follow IOP guidelines for conference proceedings. Templates for Microsoft Word and LaTeX are available here.

Do NOT include copyright header/footer information.
